The technician was well versed with ice machine issue and was able to correct issue without the need to purchase new. Very reliable! Will 100% use again when needed.

Francisco was great. He came the same day to fix our Viking fridge, and quickly identified the problem. He didn’t have the correct part on the truck, but was able to get it and came back a couple of days later (we were unavailable) with the part. Communication through Joanne was clear and swift. The part was installed quickly and he verified everything was working properly. I highly recommend Appliance Care Experts.

Francisco went above and beyond. He was highly skilled and very friendly, he did a great job fixing our 30yr old fridge. We thought it was our last chance to have someone come fix our refrigerator… otherwise we were dreading the possibility of buying a new one. Francisco was able to fix everything with such great care! We recommend him for all appliances!
